Concept Development including research, identification and development of drawings, diagrams, and three dimensional renderings that outline the requirements and goals of the client.
Design Development including selection of colors, materials and finishes that appropriately convey the design concept and meet psychological, functional, and performance requirements. Creation of detailed renderings, lighting designs, audio/visual designs; material and finish specifications and sample boards; space planning and furniture, fixture & equipment layouts.
Design Implementation including preparation of contract documents, budgets, schedules, sourcing, fabrication and assisting client with requesting bids from contractors.
